The role
As Head of Engineering, you will oversee all technical aspects of the organisation, with a strong emphasis on hands-on development, performance architecture, and security. You’ll be responsible for guiding the engineering team, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative products.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, aligning engineering objectives with broader company goals. Your expertise in Node.js, Amazon Web Services (AWS), MongoDB, React, and React Native will be essential in building and maintaining robust, scalable systems.
