At Cavalry Global, we are proud to work with one of the UK's best restaurants that specialise in Chinese cuisine at a high level.

With 2 very popular specialist restaurants in London at the moment and a 3rd (maybe 4th) restaurant on the way, they are looking to hire highly skilled wok chefs for their new site opening towards the end of the year.

We are looking for people to join from mid to end of summer to settle into London life and your new role. Our client hires people who are industrious, creative, diverse, and sociable, hailing from various global backgrounds, enriching their culture with your unique experiences and skills.

Throughout your training with the group, you'll learn from the very best head chefs with roots in authentic Chinese cuisine, culinary traditions, and international experience. The goal is to nurture you into a leader, shaping you to inspire your own team in the future and uphold the restaurant's global standing.

What you need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wok Specialist working on a Turbo wok
• Extensive experience with Chinese cuisine
• A background in fine dining restaurants, 4/5 star hotels, or resorts
• No stranger to a busy kitchen, you will have experience serving more than 200 covers
• Good personality and the desire to progress
• Good command of English (you will need to achieve IELTS 4.0)
