What you’ll do

We are seeking an experienced Content Designer/ Copywriter to join our agile multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing and editing content for a variety of projects across our digital platforms. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that meets user needs through considered UX and aligns with business objectives.

You'll join the Big Customer Moments team within the Digital Experience Chapter. The team aims to deliver engaging and delightful experiences for customers, on our wide range of high-profile product launches, including Apple, Google & Samsung. Therefore, you’ll need to share our passion for using insight-driven methodologies to understand how to service our customers effectively.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Content concepts and prototyping
  2. Understand different prototyping techniques and use to visualize content in context
  3. Choose the best option for the audience
  4. Establish content patterns, and test and iterate them
  5. Communicate with main stakeholders clearly and regularly
  6. Tailor communication to stakeholder needs to build relationships while maintaining focus on user needs
  7. Build and reach consensus
  8. Uses evidence to explain decisions made
  9. Write content to meet user needs
  10. Make complex language and processes easy to understand
  11. Present the right info in the right format
  12. Write, edit and publish digital content using CMS and content production processes.
  13. Understand accessibility requirements to design content that works with common assistive tech
  14. Use data, research and evidence to review and evaluate content to iterate and improve
  15. Apply content standards and style guidelines to your work
  16. Continuously improve content and understand why lifecycle management is important

Who you are:

  1. You will have a passion for digital content and writing copy that connects with the desired audience, creating award-winning digital experiences.
  2. One or more years of professional copywriting experience, with solid portfolio of work
  3. Exceptional writing and research skills
  4. Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
  5. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
  6. Understand Agile methodology – can apply an Agile mindset to your work
