Regional Vehicle Inspections Auditor

Summary

Regional role covering Northwest England & Scotland - This is a field-based role involving lots of travel. A driving license is essential.
The purpose of the role is to perform vehicle inspection audits, appraising the quality of inspections remotely and directly with drivers in the field and at Hub locations. Based on this, you would be required to provide constructive feedback, take basic corrective action directly with the inspector, and provide meaningful data as a feedback loop to the Regional Audit Lead.

What you'll do

1. Drive inspections quality.
2. Review inspections upon arrival to a de-fleet site and Hub locations.
3. Coach drivers either face to face or over the phone.
4. Support new driver induction trainers to ensure new drivers have a good grasp of inspections.
5. Conduct training sessions for drivers identified as requiring support.
6. Ensure BVRLA and customer standards are adhered to in the field.
7. Attend Customer Focused Events, BCAL show and tell sessions at customer locations.

Who you are

1. Strong working knowledge of Inspect Pro platform and Manpac EVO.
2. Good understanding of repair methods and recording of damage on vehicles.
3. A confident orator who enjoys communicating with people.
4. Understands BVRLA application of standards.
5. Computer literate.
6. Problem solver and able to work under own initiative.
7. Team player with great flexibility and willingness to learn.
8. Must be willing to travel as required within the UK.
9. Inspections experience.
10. Damage Identification.
