We are looking for a Principal Product Manager – Tech who is passionate in owning the strategy for building financial solutions across Web, API and Mobile for Selling Partners and Builders. You will work with business, tech and operations teams across the company to learn the end-to-end financial flow to drive improvement and build products to achieve our vision towards 100% financial accuracy and transparency. The right person for this role will have proven ability to execute strategically and tactically to turn ambiguous users and business needs to successful products. They are known to communicate effectively with senior leaders and have the ability to earn trust and influence partner teams.
Key job responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- MBA
- Technical fluency, comfortable discussing technical solutions, understanding their business implication, and identifying alternatives with technology teams.
- Strong data analysis skills; the ability to extract and synthesize data in order to make data-backed business decisions
