Our client is a leading provider of insurance solutions, specializing in Errors and Omissions (E&O) and Directors and Officers (D&O) coverage. They are committed to delivering exceptional client service and support to their clients’ needs on a worldwide basis.

They are looking to recruit a Broker Back-Up Technician to assist in the preparation and review of E&O and D&O insurance documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will support brokers by managing client inquiries and providing timely updates on policy status, as well as conduct research on insurance products and market trends to aid in decision-making and client presentations while collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery.

Candidates will ideally have experience in dealing with E&O/D&O risks emanating from the US; however, experience in other classes will be considered. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members and be proficient in data management and the ability to navigate insurance management software.
