About the Company:

The Role:

They are looking for a Product Design Lead to drive the UX and design strategy across their platform. This is a hands-on role (80% execution, 20% strategy), ideal for someone passionate about 0-1 product development and comfortable working cross-functionally to define and execute the product vision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute product design across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to shape the user experience
• Balance quick iterations with strategic design thinking
• Work closely with a contract designer and report to the Head of Product

Requirements:

• Scrappy startup experience at the seed, Series A or Series B stage
• Shipped with 0-1 products
• Comfortable with a remote setup
• Able to coach/mentor less experienced designers
