Senior PMO Analyst

The Opportunity
This is a great role for an experienced PMO Analyst looking to work in a medium sized business that is looking to mature their PMO function. You'll be part of the Projects & Change team setting and managing project governance and helping the team to track key deliverables. Key to this is the ability to look at processes and drive improvement and efficiency. It's an excellent environment and the business is expanding at pace and has done this by focusing their recruitment on personality, behaviours and drive.

The Role
The key tasks you'll be involved in will include:

1. Driving efficiencies, automations and improvements to all aspects of the Projects & Change Team.
2. Providing support and guidance to the Project & Change Team.
3. Oversee Financial and Budget Management and be responsible for reporting and cost management.
4. Tracking and reporting on the status of key milestones and deliverables.
5. Managing and reporting on risk.
6. Be involved in benefit realisation work to demonstrate the effectiveness of key projects.
7. Working with external auditors to demonstrate compliance.
8. Defining and updating standards, processes and governance.
9. Managing project plans and documentation.
10. Working with key stakeholders to define project scope.
11. Resource Management.

The Person
The ideal person will have specific experience as a PMO Analyst, be able to demonstrate experience across all of the above responsibilities and be happy in a role that requires travel 3 days a week to the Basingstoke office. The company is growing fast and it's a positive and change-driven environment where delivery is at pace and the breadth and scope of projects is varied. The role is paying circa £55-60k depending on skills & experience.
