We're recruiting for an experienced Catering Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. Who can confidently oversee our catering operation at the Points Cross building site near Printworks Campus.

The Catering manager will need to ensure the kitchen is ready to serve by 7am a full breakfast menu. You will have the opportunity to design a lunch menu.

What You Will Do

1. Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
2. Oversee the daily operations of the catering unit, ensuring a high standard of food quality and service.
3. Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
4. Manage budgets and costs, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality.
5. Plan and implement creative, balanced menus tailored to client and customer needs.
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
7. Collaborate with suppliers and maintain inventory controls.
8. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the dining experience.

About You

• Able to cook breakfast & lunch menu items.
• Proven experience in catering management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• A passion for culinary excellence and customer service.
• Knowledge of budget management and cost control.
• A commitment to upholding health and safety standards.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Hold an NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
