The Role:

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join us in either a 360° recruitment role or a delivery consultant/account management position (for those seeking to focus on client and candidate engagement without business development).

You will support clients in identifying and attracting top talent for senior and executive-level positions within the Clean Energy sector. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to contribute to a high-growth industry while advancing your career with a collaborative and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles or focus on delivery/account management.
  • Provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional results on exclusive and retained assignments.
  • Leverage your expertise to identify new opportunities and drive growth (360° roles).

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for professionals with the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
