The Role:
We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join us in either a 360° recruitment role or a delivery consultant/account management position (for those seeking to focus on client and candidate engagement without business development).

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles or focus on delivery/account management.

- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional results on exclusive and retained assignments.
- Leverage your expertise to identify new opportunities and drive growth (360° roles).

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for professionals with the following skills and attributes:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the UK.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
