Job Purpose
To ensure efficient material flow and inventory management within the warehouse, supporting seamless supply chain operations and maintaining accurate records.

Main Duties
You will manage inventory flow through receiving, storing, and dispatching materials while maintaining accurate records and supplier communications. Key duties include operating forklifts, using ERP systems for tracking, and ensuring efficient stock management to support production and customer needs.

• Inventory Management: Accepting deliveries, booking in parts via ERP systems, and accurately storing items.
• Supplier Communication: Resolving delivery issues (e.g., incorrect parts/quantities) via phone.
• Forklift Operations: Moving materials using gas/electric forklifts to load/unload stock.
• Documentation: Completing paperwork for receiving, marshalling, and dispatching stock.
• Dispatch Coordination: Picking, packing, and dispatching aftermarket parts per guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to optimize inventory control and processes.

Candidate Profile

• IT literacy for ERP systems and communications.
• Attention to detail, customer-focused mindset, and strong stakeholder engagement (written/verbal).
• Highly desirable criteria includes a Forklift license; however, this is not essential criteria.
• Willingness to work shifts as required.
