Truck Sales Manager

Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van (NI), Northern Ireland’s only Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van Dealership are currently recruiting a Truck Sales Manager to join our Mallusk Team.

Job Role:

As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading and inspiring a high performing and profitable truck sales department.

• Coaching and steering the truck sales team to achieve optimal sales penetration in the market area
• Develop processes to support the truck sales team and aid them in closing deals
• Manage the quality and quantity of sales activity to deliver sales targets
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, loyalty and a premium customer experience
• Building long-term relationships with truck customers and Senior Leaders in Daimler Truck UK
• Ensure long-term sustainability of the truck sales business
• Proven sales management and leadership experience, ideally in the heavy goods vehicle industry
• You have a successful track record of business development in the automotive sector
• Knowledge of the truck industry and a passion for Mercedes-Benz Trucks
• Sound commercial awareness, demonstrating the ability to achieve budgets and set KPI’s
• IT literate with the ability to use software applications to navigate CRM and Dealer Management systems
• Driving licence C or C+E
