About the Role: As a senior support worker your duties could involve managing and mentoring a team of support staff, identifying training needs, leading the writing of support plans, rota management and participating in review meetings. There will also be practical support with the person’s daily life, personal care or helping to promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle to the individual you are supporting. We have 1 position based in Glenrothes/North East Fife & surrounding areas. For all Senior Support Worker roles we are looking for drivers with access to own vehicles due to the travel requirements of these roles. This vacancy is full time. Senior staff are expected to cover on-call duties (on a rotational basis). As a Senior member of staff, we would expect you to step in and assist with covering shifts.
