POSITION:

Project managers are part of the Delivery Management team within the Professional Services Practice. The key objectives of this team are:

• Consistent, high quality product/solution/software delivery
• Customer focused project delivery – to time, cost and scope
• Effectively managed margins – managing commercial terms and project costs
• Well executed change management

Project Managers within C&R Software lead delivering software solutions in a client-facing, dynamic environment. They need to have both a consultancy and technical delivery skills set. This role provides the opportunity to develop and collaborate across our business and work closely with product development, product management, and sales / pre-sales team(s) to deliver significant value to our clients.

Your personal characteristics will include:

• A team player who brings a collaborative and positive attitude to our global team
• Ability to deliver effectively in high pressure situations
• Able to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment, which requires thinking on your feet, and ability to adapt to your surroundings
• Strong communication skills. Able to be the face of the project to the client.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills, comfortable establishing professional relationships especially remotely (electronic, phone, written)
• Self-directed and autonomous in core project delivery. Escalates appropriately and keeps stakeholders informed
• Ability to work well as part of a geographically and culturally diverse team; USA, UK, Lithuania, South Africa, Italy, Spain, Australia and Singapore
• Ideally skilled in one or more European languages besides English, e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, etc.

Remote based role in United Kingdom
