Our client is a leading medical device supplier, supplying to major healthcare organisations across the UK. They are market leaders looking to onboard new employees to bring fresh ideas to the team. They seek a Production Supervisor from a background in medical clothing.

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day of production floor staff
Working amongst CNC Cutting Machines, Sewing Machines, and Grinding Wheels
Shop floor based, getting involved in day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth production
Focus on KPIs and ensure alignment with company expectations
Produce and maintain documentation on production, quality, and health and safety
Uphold ISO13485 standards
Focus on Continuous Improvement initiatives, ensuring training and development of staff
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
