3 Electrical Maintenance Engineers Wanted - Commercial Sector

Location: London
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday

Your Role:

PPM completion - Completing Preplanned preventative maintenance to keep our sites compliant.
Reactive job completion - Completing jobs raised by myself, the client and visitors to ensure the sites we manage are in good condition and keeping our customers happy.
Fan coil unit (FCU) servicing
Emergency light testing and repair / replacement
New electrical installations
Reactive maintenance
Using the BMS to adjust lighting schedules / adjust temperatures within the building.
Chiller checks
Air handling Unit (AHU) servicing
Managing contractors - ensuring RAMS and their certification are approved by me before allowing them to start work.
Completing safety inspections of equipment and office space - reporting hazards including, slips, trips, fire hazards and any near misses.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition preferred)
Commercial experience is a must
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A team player with a proactive attitude
