The business has grown substantially over the last few years with further growth projected for this year and beyond – both from a revenue and team size perspective.
They’re now looking to hire a CRM & Retention Manager to come in and spearhead the Email & SMS communication strategies. The business is subscription first so customer loyalty and maximising lifetime value (LTV) is clearly hugely important for them.
