About the role
The Learning and Development Associate plays an important role in supporting and executing key L&D practice activities and team administrative and support activities to deliver outstanding service to our employees across The Adaptavist Group. Reporting to the Senior Manager of L&D, this role will be responsible for the administration of the full learning suite as well as key reporting and analytics with a heavy focus on evaluation and ROI reporting. The role will also be responsible for needs assessments, facilitation, and instructional design supporting the L&D function as required.
This is very much a role that will support the hybrid model of Learning Operations across the Adaptavist Group, while also engaging in traditional L&D activities that support the senior L&D team.
