A leading global cosmetic/medical device developer & wholesaler is looking for a Finance Manager to join their growing finance team! The business is a B2B luxury cosmetic device company that sells to top clinics across the globe. You'll be responsible for the EMEA regions (UK, Italy, Germany & Spain), as well as managing a small finance team. This role is based in NW London, with hybrid working offered post probation.
Your new role
Reporting into the European Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
- Financial Reporting for the EMEA regions
- Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of 3-4 finance professionals, ensuring their development and performance.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards across the EMEA regions (UK, Italy, Spain, and Germany), and preparing accurate financial reports.
- Cost Management: Implementing cost-effective strategies and monitoring expenses to optimise financial performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with other departments and senior management to align financial goals with the company's strategic objectives.
- Financial Operations: Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial audits.
- Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Financial Systems: Managing and improving financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assisting with Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in the above responsibilities. This client is open on background, as long as you are a strong, qualified accountant. Ideally, either a hands-on accountant from an SME in industry, or from practice if you have exposure to accounts prep/outsourcing.
What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000. You will work amongst a collaborative team who will support your progression and development. You will get to be a part of a diverse, global workforce.
