Job description

Technical Support

We are looking for engineers to work in our technical support side of the business. Duties include fault diagnostics for our range of electrically powered equipment, EV Trucks, and battery-powered handling equipment. Must have a strong electrical background and be confident with troubleshooting and diagnosing in the field and workshop. This role is office-based, and the candidate must be able to attend various sites if and when required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Advanced fault finding and diagnostics
  2. Provide timely and detailed service reports
  3. Follow all company's procedures and protocols
  4. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  5. Build positive relationships with customers

Qualifications:
  1. Extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering, Auto Electrical Engineering including a wide range of equipment such as material handling, lifting products, and electric trucks.
  2. Ability to work flexible hours
  3. Ability to work away from home when required
  4. Full and clean driving licence
  5. Technical degree or certification
  6. Experience and knowledge of both AC and DC motors
