We are searching for a Financial Controller to join a fast growth, high performing contractor driven recruitment business. This is a pivotal role where you’ll ensure financial integrity, compliance, and efficiency across multiple entities. You’ll also play a key part in shaping the future of the finance function as the business embarks on an exciting transformation journey.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing Cash Flow & Treasury
• Building Strong Relationships both internally and externally
• Driving Transformation of a new CRM and offshore team
• Partnering with the CFO and senior leaders to provide insights that drive business performance and support new opportunities.
• Building and mentoring a talented offshore team
• Ensuring Compliance is always up to date
• Manage external audits

Ideal requirements:

• A full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency operations, and familiarity with ERP systems
• Experience previously working in a recruitment business
• Previous experience of finance transformation project
• The ability to inspire and develop a team
• Can make complex financial information clear and accessible to non-finance colleagues.
• An understanding of international finance operations and cross-border compliance.

We require a candidate that will be available to start in the first week of April. The role is fully remote with some travel from time to time.

This is an excellent role with the opportunity to grow into a Finance Director role in the future.
