As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.

Skills And Experience

1. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
2. IT literate
3. Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
4. Experience working towards and achieving targets
5. Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
