Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship at Belvoir Sutton Estate Agents

We’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated salesperson who thrives on challenges and takes ownership of driving new business growth. If you're someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, generate leads daily, and proactively tackle challenges head-on, we want to hear from you. Industry experience is not required, but strong phone and customer-facing skills are essential—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

To be considered, you should possess excellent phone manners, a professional demeanour, and the ability to manage all aspects of the property sales process, including market appraisals. We’ll train you on the specifics of the role, but your drive, character, and lead generation skills are what will set you apart.

Apprenticeship Overview:

• Salary: £7.55 an hour
• Working Week: Monday to Friday 9 am till 6 pm, Saturday 9:30 am till 4:30 pm with a 1 hour lunch-break
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Duration: 12 months
• Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship standard qualification
• Online training supported by our dedicated tutors
• Location: 77 Banstead Road, Carshalton Beeches, Surrey, SM5 3NP

The role will involve:

• Registering prospective vendors and buyers
• Arranging and accompanying viewings
• Handling Offers
• Sales negotiation & progression
• Overseeing the successful negotiation of the properties

In addition, the candidate will need to be able to demonstrate:

• Excellent face-to-face customer service skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• The motivation to succeed
• A confident and professional manner
• Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
• Local area knowledge would be beneficial
• Full clean UK driving license

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will obtain a Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship standard qualification. Each apprentice will have their own dedicated tutor who will conduct monthly remote tutorials and reviews, providing continuous support throughout the apprenticeship program. Depending on the apprentice’s needs, the frequency of these sessions may vary.

Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
