A fantastic opportunity to join our clients fast-paced finance team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk on a 6-month contract (with the view to extend). Whether you are a graduate looking to take your first steps into the world of finance or someone with a few years under your belt looking for a new challenge, I would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management: Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Payment Processing: Allocate daily payments and reconcile cash receipts.
• Salesforce Administration: Manage finance-related tasks, maintain data accuracy, and identify process improvements.
• Customer Account Management: Handle queries, resolve disputes, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Credit Control Support: Proactively chase arrears and ensure residents meet their contractual payment terms.
• General Finance Support: Assist with direct debit runs, manage the accounts receivables inbox, and collaborate with internal teams.

What we're looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• IT literate with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with Access Dimensions and Salesforce (desirable but not essential)
