Position: Community Dietitian
Specialisation: Dietetic Assessments
Shift Pattern: 4 days per week | 7.5 hours per day
Pay Rate: £27ph

Responsibilities:
- Assess the nutritional needs of patients referred from GP practices, community clinics, or hospitals.
- Develop and implement personalized dietary plans to manage conditions such as diabetes, obesity, malnutrition, gastrointestinal disorders, or food allergies.
- Monitor patients' weight, BMI, or other health indicators to track the effectiveness of nutritional interventions.
- Develop guidelines for nutrition-related care in schools, care homes, or community centres.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fully enhanced valid DBS
- Community experience required.
- Nutritional experience essential.

Rate Breakdown:
£27ph LTD | PAYE Inclusive: £24.29
We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
