About the Team

As a recruitment manager, you will be managing the recruitment of skilled, suitable foster carers across the agency to meet the needs of delivering an excellent service to children and young people. This team prides themselves on their values and implementing them in everyday work.

About You

The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying managerial experience in fostering, a degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW), and must be Social Work England Registered. A driving license is essential.
