Job description

This is an important role within QA offering the right candidate the opportunity to make a significant contribution to business performance. You will be responsible for in-depth analysis of historic pricing to identify issues, review with Sales/Marketing, and implement actions to improve future outcomes.

About the role:

  1. Review of quoting, bespoke pricing proposals, and other commercial decisions.
  2. Support review of competitor behaviours to optimise our discounting and pricing approach.
  3. Analyse pricing performance to identify trends, issues, and opportunities that can be pursued to improve Learning business performance.
  4. Develop strong working relationships with BI and Analysis team, FP&A and other Finance teams, Sales Managers & Directors, Scheduling & Ops, and Marketing/Product team.

About you:

  1. Outcome orientated with strong commercial acumen (pricing analysis and compliance experience preferred).
  2. Understands how to convert data into insight.
  3. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Articulate with strong verbal and written communication.
  5. Passionate about improving commercial outcomes through evidence-based decision making.
  6. Drive and enthusiasm to use business insights to identify and deliver financial or operational improvements.
  7. Strong project management and organisational skills.
  8. Strong influencing skills and ability to communicate.
