Job Description
Oversee and manage commercial aspects of construction projects
Lead contract negotiations to ensure beneficial agreements
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts
Develop and implement strategies for improving commercial performance
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Manage and mentor a high-performing commercial team
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the commercial department
Be involved and lead with tendering
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Commercial Manager should have:
A degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or any related field
Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting/creating cost plans
Knowledge of industry regulations and contract law
