Base pay range

Day rate: £287/day inside IR35

Start: March 2025

12 Month contract - Extendable to 24 months

Location: London office 2 days, WFH 3 days

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join a global platform leader that is committed to empowering prosperity for its customers. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in the global partner team, managing and nurturing a group of Growth Partners to elevate their business success. This involves driving mutual growth through new customer acquisition, enhancing customer success, and continually improving the partner experience. By combining the company's innovative products and services, you will help shape the next frontier of transformative business solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and growing successful SaaS partnerships, especially with Agency Partners. You will be customer-focused, results-driven, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a set of partner relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring their ongoing engagement and success with the company.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners to align on shared goals and priorities.
  • Contribute to partner strategies for new client acquisition, utilizing the brand’s channels and resources.
  • Collaborate with key partners to launch new service offerings.
  • Create and deliver training and sales enablement materials to enhance partner performance.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to boost partner engagement.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development and partnerships, ideally within the SaaS or similar industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong passion for driving partner engagement and growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Martech, Ecommerce, and Digital Marketing Agency ecosystems.
  • Experience working with start-up organizations.
  • Familiarity with managing partnerships across global time zones.
