Junior Account Manager

Due to business growth, they’re looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join their successful team. You will build lasting relationships with clients while delivering creative and impactful marketing solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be a key part of the client services team. You will be responsible for supporting and managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The role

• Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service.
• Identifying buying signals from customers ensuring you conduct thorough fact finds during your calls.
• Monitor and report on client performance, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Support in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and client reports.
• Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
