Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary are currently recruiting for a Police Trainer to join our Roads Policing Training team. Your role will be to develop and deliver the Knowledge and Skills Training on roads policing including, drink/drug/impaired driver investigation courses, policing the Strategic Road Network, vehicle prohibitions, dangerous goods and tachograph legislation, to your fellow constabulary staff.

Are you experienced in training needs analysis, design, delivery, assessment and evaluation of training?
Are you able to demonstrate current competence in Roads Policing, as set out in the Key areas above?
Do you have a sound knowledge and understanding of law, policy and practice in the field of anti-discrimination?
Do you have a nationally recognised learning and development qualification plus proven experience in this field?
Are you educated to QCF Level 3 and have at least Maths and English and QCF Level 2, or have relevant experience that would equate to this level?
