What You’ll Be Doing

1. Managing financial reporting processes, including preparation of statutory accounts and management reports.
2. Monitoring budgets and reporting on financial performance, ensuring full compliance with financial regulations.
3. Coordinating month-end and year-end financial processes, working closely with senior stakeholders.
4. Supporting external audits and liaising with auditors to ensure smooth and transparent reporting.
5. Contributing to the development of financial policies and driving process improvements.
6. Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of trainee accountants and graduates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

What You’ll Need

1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, or actively working towards qualification.
2. Proven experience in financial reporting and management accounting.
3. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
4. Experience working with external auditors and knowledge of financial regulations.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems.
6. A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
