Job Summary

The Corporate Treasury team is seeking an Analyst / Associate to assist with daily, weekly and monthly cash and Treasury processes, reporting and analysis.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Daily upload, posting, reconciliation and clearing of bank accounts and investment transactions
  2. Support client income team and others to assist in identifying and applying cash daily and ensure unapplied cash is cleared from suspense accounts each day
  3. Assist Accounts Payable team with questions regarding returned or outstanding items
  4. Process daily electronic payments
  5. Optimize cash management and short-term investments across the European hierarchy and work with US Treasury team to perform currency conversions as needed
  6. Prepare weekly cash flow roll forward (cause of change) required for internal reporting
  7. Monthly close postings and bank account reconciliations
  8. Monthly review and reporting of cash and investment positions and activity
  9. Assist with accounting for GILT Investment portfolio monthly
  10. Support the development of the short-term cash forecast process. Work with forecast team to ensure data accuracy and perform actual vs. forecast analysis for continued improvement.
  11. Annual FBAR (Foreign Bank Account Reporting) process
  12. Provide financial audit support and prepare materials for Committee meetings
  13. Provide analytical support across various treasury functions/special projects as needed
  14. Document Financial Risk Committee Approvals
  15. Project support of newly acquired or merged entities from a cash management perspective (collects KYC documents, acquire general ledger account numbers, etc.)

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  2. 0-3 years’ experience
  3. Degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite
  4. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem solving, & planning skills
  5. Demonstrative collaborative skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  6. Strong written and oral communication skills
  7. Organized – able to manage multiple tasks/topics simultaneously
  8. Ability to drive projects to completion and coordinate resources
  9. Self-starter – require minimal supervision
  10. Workday experience (preferred)
