Job Description
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for product promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for Social Media.
- Liaise with sales and product development teams to increase market presence.
- Develop CRM campaigns and own the loyalty programme for the category.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on consumer trends and competitors.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients to expand reach.
- Oversee the production of promotional materials.
- Lead the organisation of product launch events and exhibitions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Marketing Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Consumer Goods product marketing (mandatory).
- Exceptional skills in project management and team leadership.
- Proficiency in utilising marketing software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working within a KPI managed environment.
- A solid understanding of the UK retail landscape (mandatory).
