They are seeking Junior Product Managers to join their successful team in Bracknell, Berkshire. The company is highly successful and experiencing tremendous growth, looking to hire up to 5 talented Product Managers with 1-2 years of industry experience.

Product Managers are responsible for a range of products throughout their lifecycle. They oversee product creation, development, implementation, and subsequent evolution, focusing on maximizing product monetization, usage, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs/business requirements for product development and refine requests into final design briefs.
• Prioritize workload for product development.
• Make design decisions that align with design specifications.
• Ensure product changes are in line with the overall business strategy.

Working with Other Departments

• Act as a product specialist and
