Assistant Financial Controller

We’re looking for an Assistant Financial Controller to support the financial operations of our hotel, focusing on Food & Beverage (F&B). You’ll work closely with the F&B team to ensure accurate financial reporting, cost control, and compliance with internal policies—all while helping optimize revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Financial Oversight: Prepare weekly forecasts, monthly P&L statements, and budget reports.
  • Cost Control: Monitor expenses, payroll, and cost of sales, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Menu Pricing & Analysis: Assist with pricing, markups, and financial analysis for menu changes.
  • Stock & Procurement Management: Oversee purchasing, stock control, and inventory checks.
  • Collaboration & Compliance: Work with hotel management and F&B teams to maintain financial integrity.

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial management, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • A team player with great communication and professionalism.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
