Job description

The DHA Viability team is on the hunt for a dynamic graduate to join their expanding team!

DHA’s Viability team provides expert advice to both public and private sector clients on development viability, affordable housing, and the financial obligations associated with projects. We are currently looking for a motivated Graduate to join our growing team and contribute to a range of key tasks, including:

Reviewing affordable housing requirements

Attending site visits

Conducting planning search history

Preparing planning appraisals

At DHA, we are committed to supporting your professional development. As part of this role, we will sponsor you through the necessary training to achieve Chartered Status (RICS - MRICS), working alongside a registered valuer and a former RICS assessor.

The ideal candidate will have:

A driven and hardworking attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

A Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English

An undergraduate degree in a relevant field

A full UK driving license or be in the process of obtaining one
