Business Analyst (Defence) | £50,000 - £65,000 | Bristol - Hybrid

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a growing defence portfolio. You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, develop business cases, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Business Cases and detailed requirements documentation.
• Ensure project benefits are identified and monitored.
• Provide IT governance assurance for non-functional requirements.
• Use business analysis tools to solve complex problems.
• Ensure solutions align with stakeholder needs and document process changes.
• Engage with project sponsors to maintain scope and compliance.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a complex environment.
• Active SC Clearance (minimum) with willingness to obtain DV clearance.
• Background in defence, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large-scale business change projects.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Relevant qualifications would be beneficial (e.g., BCS BA Practitioner, Six Sigma Black Belt, IT, etc.).
