Exclusive Role-HR Business Partner –Opportunity with a Global Manufacturing Leader

Location: Dungannon Area

Salary: £Competitive + Bonus

Holidays: 32 Days (Including Stats)

Artemis Human Capital is exclusively partnering with a global manufacturing client in the Dungannon area, seeking an experienced HR Professional due to continued growth, you will be joining a well established HR team, in a friendly and encouraging environment who like to work as a team and have a bit of craic along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees across multiple sites.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and appeal hearings.
Oversee operations recruitment and support talent acquisition strategies.
Deliver performance management coaching and career development initiatives.
Lead people development strategies, including succession planning and skills matrix management.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.
Conduct fair employment monitoring and complete associated reports.
Participate in weekly/monthly operational meetings, providing HR insights and solutions.
Oversee fortnightly pay and bonus reviews in collaboration with payroll.

Requirements:

Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in an HR Officer role or similar.
Strong working knowledge across all HR disciplines.
CIPD Associate Membership preferred.
Experience with HR systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Full clean driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business use.
