Job Description

The key responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Supervisor role will include:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of clerks
• Maintain and improve accounts payable processes and procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices
• Reconcile supplier statements and manage supplier queries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Prepare and present regular reports on AP performance
• Liaise with other departments and stakeholders as necessary

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:

• Proven experience in managing an Accounts Payable team
• Experience working in an accountancy within a hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using accounting software
