Responsibilities:
Speaking to Dealerships, lenders & customers regarding unwinds & complaints.
Record and input complaints into our CMS.
Deliver excellent service, regardless if this is a customer, lender or dealership.
Deal & negotiate with internal departments and lenders in relation to costs, repairs and contractual obligations.
Be confident, empathetic, and if necessary, authoritative.
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Highly organised and able to manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with daily challenges.
Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently.
Strong understanding of FCA Regulations, CRA 2015 & the Financial Ombudsman Service.
