Rate: £425/day (inside IR35)
Work Schedule: 2-3 days per week in London office
We are currently looking for an HR Consultant with experience in international HR management (APAC, EMEA, North America) and a financial services background.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the implementation of ER strategies, programs, and policies ensuring ER policies and procedures are executed in a consistent and expedient manner.
- Work on local ER projects and cross-functional ER projects to educate appropriate audiences with the goal of minimizing legal risk, preventing the unfair treatment of employees, and addressing ER issues.
- Lead the administration of Learning & Development activities across the International locations through collaboration with the L&D COE and local HRCs.
- Support the local HRCs with change management efforts including supporting integration activities as required such as data gathering, analytics, report writing, production of communications, etc.
- Design and implement HR solutions to solve strategic business challenges and improve employee engagement.
- Support the Intl HRD as needed.
Experience:
- CIPD qualified and HR bachelor's degree are minimum requirements.
- Experienced HR practitioner who can manage a wide variety of Employee Relations matters as well as general cyclical HR activities such as talent management, analytics, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, with the ability to apply sound judgment and discretion in HR decision-making.
