Commercial Contracts Lawyer

We are seeking commercial contracts lawyers to work full-time on a remote basis with our clients at some of the world’s largest retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services companies.

As an Axiom attorney, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of commercial contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, assess, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

We are seeking highly skilled Commercial Contract Lawyers with 2 to 8 years of experience to support our clients on long-term, full-time engagements. Our clients are some of the world's largest and most influential companies in retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services.
