We are looking for a Senior or Lead UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UX design team we believe in a collaborative working style with a bias toward rapid prototyping, experimentation and a strong curiosity for our customers’ goals and needs.

What you will do:

1. Lead and manage a key product area focusing on our Collaboration Product.
2. Contribute to our vision for the Intapp platform, delivering best-in-class product experiences, while ensuring that our products work together seamlessly.
3. Collaborate, influence, and negotiate with cross functional peers and executive stakeholders on defining and delivering compelling and useful products, based on a strong point of view of the product’s evolution.
4. Champion a human centered product development process within the Design team and with cross functional stakeholders by developing deep empathy for customers and end users, establishing rigorous expectations on evidence informed decision making, and holding teams accountable to a hypothesis based and measurable success metric product development process.
5. Present design solutions to partners and company executives, defend design decisions, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.
6. Partner with UX Research and the Design System team.
7. Partner with cross functional stakeholders in the implementation and evolution of the product development lifecycle.

What you will need:

1. 7 years' experience with Enterprise, B to B SaaS products.
2. Demonstrable experience with enterprise document collaboration tools, processes, and paradigms.
3. Be comfortable with ambiguity and drive towards crisp problem statements and measures of success with cross functional partners.
4. Experience working with a platform framework and considering the holistic end user experience.
5. Experience working with and contributing to a Design System and familiarity with Microsoft Fluent UI.
6. Experience presenting design decisions to stakeholders, from peers to executives.
7. Experience or curiosity on how to integrate AI appropriately.
