Full time starting salary is normally in the range £36,130 to £45,413 with potential progression once in post to £48,149
As this vacancy has limited funding the maximum salary that can be offered is Grade 7, salary £41,671

Background
To create and contribute to the creation of knowledge by undertaking a specified range of activities within an established research programme and/or specific research project.
TWICEASGOOD, a five-year programme of research (2022-2026) funded by an ERC Advanced Grant, aims to better understand how encounters of “everyday sexism” on the campaign trail, both online and offline and in the media, shape women’s campaign efforts and chances at electoral success.
We are recruiting up to two Research Fellows with expertise in one or more of the following areas: 1) automated text analysis; 2) survey data analysis; 3) ethnographic and mixed-methods research. The main purpose of the Research Fellow is to support data collection, analysis and writing up results. We are open to and encourage applications from researchers from computational social science, political science, anthropology, sociology, or other related disciplines.
