Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0700 – 15:00

Salary: £22,000 - £23,000

Contract: Fixed Term Contract (11 months)

Development Details:
This role will be based at a large, modern residential development located in the London Borough of Harrow. With easy access to the Jubilee line, the site consists of 524 residential homes and benefits from 24-hour concierge, residents gym and car park.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
• Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defects and health and safety concerns.
• Support your team, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
• Cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
• Be a true expert in customer service, engaging, communicating, and inspiring others.
