ROLE PROFILE:

Project Manager, Customer Experience and Launch will focus on supporting rollout and execution of strategic product launches, including upgrades of FXall community to Workspace.

The role will focus on driving timely and accurate completion of agreed Customer Experience-related deliverables before products are launched to the Market, as well as controlling and coordinating progress of Client Engagement activities managed by Sales, Technical and Operational teams post go-live. Customer Experience and Launch Project Manager will also own deliverable status and risk tracking for their workstream and will produce comprehensive reporting demonstrating progress against agreed KPIs.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  1. Work closely with Program Leadership and nominated Accountable Owners from across the business to ensure timely delivery of artefacts, processes and communication in advance of product launch.
  2. Work with Sales, Technical and Implementation leads to drive execution of Client outreach and Sales campaign work, as well as subsequent client upgrade activities.
  3. Use project management tools to record progress of in-scope deliverables, including flagging risks, issues and dependencies for delivery.
  4. Attend sub-workstream meetings organized by Accountable Leads and ensure decisions made in those forums are in line with program delivery critical path.
  5. Prepare and lead Customer Experience workstream review meetings.
  6. Produce a weekly Customer Experience workstream reporting pack and contribute to other program level reports, as required.
  7. Take on a lead role for one of the Customer Outreach sub-workstreams ensuring timely and accurate migration of existing Credit and Reporting users.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  1. Batchelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field of project management or operational delivery.
  2. Excellent communication, prioritization and coordination skills.
  3. Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of seniority across the organization, including constructive feedback delivery, driving accountability and problem solving.
  4. Track record of successfully delivering results in a matrixed environment within agreed timelines whilst ensuring high quality standards.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to work with complex processes and data sets.
  6. Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  7. Experience of working with project management and workflow tracking tools, such as Asana and Salesforce, is a bonus.
