Job Description

Accounts Receivable Clerk:

  • Manages and maintains all accounts receivable records.
  • Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Track and monitor outstanding debts.
  • Carry out financial transactions and post them into the general ledger.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Generate financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Comply with industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:

  • An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of account receivable practices and procedures.
