Office Manager for a Fast Growing Precision Engineering Company, Callatech Precision Engineers Ltd

We’re a growing precision engineering company in the UK, looking for a highly skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join our team! If you have experience in multi-change set-ups, tight tolerances, and full component production, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Salary: Up to £50,000 per year (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time, permanent (40 hours per week)

Location: UK (must have excellent spoken and written English)

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience programming and setting multi-axis Fanuc lathe
2. Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
3. Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
4. A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
5. CAD software experience (preferred but not essential)
