Client Engagement Manager
Intentsify arms B2B marketing and sales organizations with the buyer intelligence and activation tools required to develop and execute sophisticated revenue-generation strategies. Layering, cross-verifying, and synthesizing numerous data sets, Intentsify’s Intelligence Activation Platform enables revenue-focused teams to accurately identify which accounts to target, understand how best to engage them, and then quickly act on these insights.
Intentsify is looking for a data driven Client Engagement Manager that enjoys a fast-paced start-up environment in a rapidly growing space. As a Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships, and driving business outcomes for your clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable having strategic B2B marketing and sales conversations with customers and acting as a trusted advisor in their expanded use of Intentsify’s data, software, and lead generation services.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Intentsify’s data, software, and services at customer accounts.
- Manage, and provide strategic guidance for, your customer’s lead generation campaigns.
- Communicate campaign progress, updates and success to clients through regular updates and meeting recaps.
- Respond to client issues in a timely manner on all issues.
- Support the Account Manager to be the main point of contact for all operational questions, escalations and issues.
- Assist clients with topic, keyword, and content development.
- Interpret data in standard situations and uses data to develop insights.
- Use best practices to develop best in class intent models.
- Use best practices during campaign set ups to ensure that campaign goals are met before a campaign goes live, including proper management of the client’s TAL.
- Provide guidance on campaign assets and lead gen best practices.
- Suggest campaign optimization tactics to deliver on your customer’s goals.
- Leverage data and insights from Intentsify’s dashboards to provide consultative guidance for customers on campaign planning and lead nurture.
- Produce End of Campaign report, that really highlight the success of the campaign and also the value of Intentsify’s intent.
- Use scalable processes around customer outreach, user groups, product announcements, etc.
- Educate and evangelize the power of Intentsify’s intent data across the B2B sales and marketing landscape within our customer base – and the extended buying center.
- Work with the sales and customer teams to create a roadmap and ensure the achievement of joint business goals.
- Help sales identify and manage upsell and activation opportunities.
- Create and deliver regular business reviews for each customer to demonstrate the value they are receiving from Intentsify.
- Collaborate with our Display team to help our clients leverage our digital advertising solutions.
- Bring insights back from your customers to help shape Intentsify’s products and processes.
- Proactively track customer satisfaction and metrics.
- Drive advocacy and online customer reviews.
- Help sales prepare for, and secure, annual subscription renewals.
- Bring a positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude to the office and your customers.
